I&#8217;m going to talking bout Tanzanian&#8217;s comfort food Ugali, looking like a dome whose<a href=\"https:\/\/nisshin-honey.co.jp\/sdgs\/jica\/2023\/02\/03\/%e3%82%bf%e3%83%b3%e3%82%b6%e3%83%8b%e3%82%a2%e3%81%ae%e3%82%bd%e3%82%a6%e3%83%ab%e3%83%95%e3%83%bc%e3%83%89-1-%ef%bd%9etanzanians-comfort-food-no-1%ef%bd%9e\/\"> secret last time we saw.<\/a> This time we focus on how to eat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Ugali is, unlike rice for Japanese, not eaten alone, but always with some dishes like fish or meat with tomato-based sauce, Maharagwe, a dish of beans stew, or vegetable saut\u00e9. I think it&#8217;s so characteristic how to eat: Tear some from a Ugali dumpling with <strong>your hand<\/strong>, with your hand knead over and over&#8230; And then eat it with those side dishes using as the same hand as you knead. They don&#8217;t use any cutlery even when picking some dishes. Honestly I was unwilling to eat Ugali with non-dry food by hand at the first time. Because I&#8217;d only eaten with my hands something dry: hamburger, chips, bread, pastry&#8230;  So for the second time, I brought cutlery. What happened? Ugali then stick to cutlery.  And, I also found it difficult to knead with folk, knife or spoon and also it not tasty. After all I chose &#8220;my hand.&#8221;  Non-kneaded Ugali is too dry and tasteless. This is why in Tanzanian restaurants, you&#8217;ll find tap around the entrance or in the hall or a restaurant waiter\/waitress will offer you with a pitcher and hand-wash basin. And off course they&#8217;ll offer you hand-wash service later than meal as well. After I found it would not bring me diarrhea and kneaded Ugali is tastier than Non-kneaded, I am able to enjoy the culture of hand-eating. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So the answer is &#8220;C.
